My Recent Travels
I was abroad for the last 3.5 months of 2024 and have already traveled again in 2025! Check out some of my recent adventures 🙂
The second half of my G Adventures trip was spent in Vietnam. This is now one of my favorite countries I've visited! It's so diverse and you'll never run out of things to do, see, and learn.
I learned a lot about the Vietnam War, which was very enlightening. There was the perfect mixture of learning, culture, and fun!
In January I traveled through Cambodia with G Adventures! It was the perfect way to travel with a group and make new friends. I didn't have to worry about any of the details like transportation and accommodation.
My family met me in NYC to spend a few days here! This was my first visit to NY and it was so beautiful at Christmastime. We did a food tour, watched the Rockettes' Christmas Spectacular, and went to the top of the Empire State Building!
I spent several days traveling around to different Christmas Markets in Germany. I've wanted to visit European Christmas Markets for so long and they were so fun!
I visited Cologne, Dusseldorf, Dortmund, and Essen. Each town had a unique touch to their markets, with cute mugs, giant Christmas trees, and soo much food.
I don't normally re-visit places I've been but Paris was the exception. I loved this city the first time I went so I had to stop here again to see it lit up for Christmas!
There aren't as many Christmas Markets here, but I visited a few, did some shopping, and of course spent a day in Disneyland Paris!
For 2.5 months, I volunteered at an Arctic Wilderness Camp in Kiruna, Sweden. Northern Sweden is beautiful, I miss it so much!
My biggest goal for 2024 was to see the Northern Lights, and wow did I achieve that goal! This natural phenomenon is so spectacular, I was amazed every night.
